• In the event of a manufacturing defect or technical fault in the product:
• You must go directly to the manufacturer.
• The warranty is not the responsibility of the store.
• If the product is under warranty, the party responsible for repair or replacement is the warranty company, and you must go directly to the authorized warranty service center.
2. Replacement Policy
If the error is from the store:
• For example: sending the wrong or non-conforming product.
• We bear all costs (shipping + replacement).
If the replacement is requested by the customer:
• Such as: changing your mind, color, or size.
• The product must be in its original condition and unused.
• The customer bears all shipping costs.
• Submit a replacement request within two days of receiving the order.
3. Return Policy
• We do not accept returns of products.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, contact the manufacturer.
If the error is from the store, the product will be returned from the customer. It must be in its proper condition and we must ensure that it is in its original condition. Then we will return the order and the amount will be returned to the customer after ensuring its original condition in the event that the buyer wishes to return the amount and not replace it.
